South Wingfield Primary School is a progressive and forward thinking school. We are extremely proud of our children and staff.

The development of the whole child is very important to us and that is reflected in all that we do at school. With the hard work of our enthusiastic and dynamic teaching and ancillary staff, together with small class sizes, we strive to enable every child to achieve their potential. Our aims can only be achieved by ensuring that the children are happy and secure, working in a rich educational environment.

There are superb facilities both inside and out with Smart boards in every classroom, a dedicated ICT suite, an excellent playing field, separate infant and junior playgrounds and a delightful orchard and wildlife garden, all set within a conservation area.

Ofsted-registered out of school care is available from 7.45 – 8.45am and 3.30 – 6pm.
