Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium is additional funding provided by the government to help schools improve educational outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. At South Wingfield Primary School, we use this funding to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.
We carefully plan how the Pupil Premium is spent to support learning, raise attainment, and close gaps in achievement. This may include targeted teaching support, access to enrichment activities, resources to aid learning, and support for emotional wellbeing.
Our approach is inclusive and responsive to the needs of our pupils and families. We regularly review the impact of our strategies to ensure the funding is making a meaningful difference.
