A welcome message from the Head Teacher - Mr Neil Hunt
Welcome to the South Wingfield Primary School Website. I hope that you find it informative and interesting.
At South Wingfield Primary School we offer a happy and friendly atmosphere where children can grow to their full potential and become responsible and caring members of the community. Parents are encouraged to become fully involved in the education of their child and the life of the school. It is our intention to make each child’s stay with us a happy and successful one, welcoming parents as partners in their education.
This is my second school in the role of the head teacher. Before starting at South Wingfield I was the head of an outstanding school for 14 years. I also ran a teaching school alliance consisting of 32 schools and I supported around 80 schools across the country as a National Leader of Education.
Please enjoy exploring the pages of our Website to find out more about our school, the environment, the curriculum, our academic achievements, activities and events. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us. We would always be pleased to see you if you wished to visit the school.
